Cancellations

If You Need to Cancel:
‍Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your session so we can offer it to others.

• To cancel without charge, please give at least 48 hours' notice at sprucapade@gmail.com
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, we will keep the full payment to cover the time and resources reserved for your session
• In genuine emergencies, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion

If We Need to Cancel:
‍If we need to cancel your session for any reason, we will give you as much notice as possible.

• We will email you as soon as we know we need to cancel
• We will reschedule your session at a convenient time
• We will prioritize your rebooking for the earliest appointment
• No fees will be charged if we need to cancel
• If rescheduling isn't possible, we'll give you a full refund
