If you need to reschedule your session, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to find a new time that works. By booking with us, you agree to the rescheduling terms as outlined on this page.

If You Need to Reschedule:
‍Please email us as soon as possible at sprucapade@gmail.com so that we can offer the session to others.

There is no charge if you reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice
If you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, we retain full payment
In genuine emergencies, we may waive the rescheduling fee at our discretion

Late Arrivals: ‍
‍If you know you will be late, please email us at sprucapade@gmail.com so we know when to expect you.

If you are late to your session, we cannot extend it past the scheduled end time or offer any refund for the time missed

Missed Appointments:
‍Please email us as soon as possible at sprucapade@gmail.com so we can reschedule your session.

In genuine emergencies, we may waive the missed appointment fee at our discretion
If you're more than 15 minutes late, we'll treat it as a cancellation and retain full payment
